1. Registration & Payment
- All registrations must be completed online via www.vistaviewbermuda.com.
- Registration fee in full $150. Remaining payment of $150 per child is required by March 15, 2025.
- Sibling discounts are available as stated on the camp flyer.
2. Non-Refundable Policy
- Due to the customized nature of the camp experience, all payments are non-refundable.
- If a registered child is unable to attend, the camp registration may be transferred to another child of the registrant's choice or applied to a future Island Zen Explorers Camp session.
3. Camp Schedule & Attendance
- The camp runs from March 31 - April 4, 2025, from 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM daily.
- Children must be signed in and out each day by an authorized guardian.
- Late pickups beyond 6:15 PM may incur an additional fee.
4. Transportation & Meals
- Transportation is available from Hamilton for campers who require it.
- Lunch, water, and snacks are included in the camp fee.
- Parents must notify camp organizers of any food allergies or dietary restrictions at least one week prior to camp start.
5. Camp Activities & Participation
- Camp activities include meditation, yoga, art therapy, history and heritage learning, nature exploration, tea tasting, and interactive workshops.
- All children are expected to participate in scheduled activities unless they have a medical exemption.
- Parents/guardians must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs in advance.
6. Code of Conduct
- Campers are expected to treat staff, fellow campers, and camp property with respect.
- Bullying, disruptive behavior, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the camp without refund.
7. Liability & Emergency Situations
- Vista View Bermuda and Island Zen Explorers Camp are not liable for lost or damaged personal belongings.
- In the case of an emergency, camp staff will contact parents/guardians immediately and, if necessary, seek medical attention.
- Parents/guardians must provide up-to-date emergency contact information.
8. Photo & Media Release
- By enrolling, parents/guardians grant permission for the camp to take photographs and videos of campers for promotional purposes.
- If you wish to opt out of media usage, please notify the camp in writing before the camp start date.
9. Agreement & Acknowledgment
- By registering for the camp, parents/guardians acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
- Any changes or cancellations must be communicated in writing to the camp organizers.
